You’ll be joining a large multidisciplinary team , including 18 Occupational Therapists, 11 Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners , offering a highly supportive and collaborative environment. The clinic is a standout — featuring a large, fully equipped sensory gym and extensive therapy resources , allowing clinicians to deliver creative, high-quality therapy without limitations. This is a collaborative, ideas-driven environment where therapists are encouraged to think outside the box and contribute to innovative programs. The Role This is a primarily clinic-based paediatric role , working with children and young people aged 0–35 , with a strong focus on school-aged clients. You will: Work with a consistent weekly caseload (no fortnightly scheduling) Typically manage 23–25 clients , seeing the same children each week Deliver therapy in a purpose-built clinic environment Option to complete admin/report writing from home 1 day per week Have the flexibility to run your own schedule Optional involvement in outreach or school-based work New graduates are fully supported with a gradual caseload ramp-up (starting from 12–15 billable hours) , reaching full capacity over ~6 months.
